2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, four unknown miscreants on the point of pistol and knife snatched motorcycle, cash Rs.2000/- and some other articles from the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Charge sheet has already been submitted in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation it has come that the fire arms used in the crime was kept by the petitioner. That apart, six criminal cases are pending against the petitioner out of which some are of similar nature.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got
