JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tr. No. 203 of 2018 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S.Case No. 461 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. This is the second application for bail though earlier one was rejected by order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6122 of 2018 giving liberty to renew prayer of bail after two months of framing of the charge.

Submission is that charge against petitioner in this case has been framed on 07.03.2018 thereafter two months have passed.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Rajan Mahto is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37033 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise Act), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Tr. No. 203 of 2018 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 461 of 2017.
