Patna High Court MJC No.4190 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 29.08.2024 rejecting the case of the petitioner for grant of J.P. Senani Samman Pension, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.08.2024 by seeking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
