This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63978 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63978 of 2019, it was ordered to issue notice to O.P. No.2 under both modes, in the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, but in the cause title, inadvertently, Village-Jaukatiya was typed in place of Village-Shyampur, Ward

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.628 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 No.2, which is detailed in the F.I.R.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the cause title of order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63978 of 2019, the village name of petitioner be read as "Shyampur, Ward No.2" in place of Village-Jaukatiya.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63978 of 2019, this application stands disposed of.
