The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 254 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 307, 323, 341 and 379 of the Indian penal Code.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is of giving four iron rod blow over the head of the informant and others also alleged to have assaulted him.

Submission is that allegation of assault by iron rod is fabricated however only one blow is alleged to have given and injury found is simple in nature as the city scan of the injury does not indicate any fracture or abnormality on the head. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Jitendra Sh @ Tuntun Sah @ Jitendra Kumar Sah, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39150 of 2018(2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-3rd, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 254 of 2017.
