The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2019 in connection with Excise Case No.1098 of 2019 arising out of Jehanabad (Karauna) P. S. Case No.794 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also having no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
