2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and Section 17 of the Passports Act, 1967, registered in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.Case No. 101 of 2023.

3. By referring the order of the then coordinate Bench of this Court dated 04.09.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8734 of 2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the present petitioner is exactly on similar footing to that of Zhou Wei.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the light of the order of the then coordinate Bench of this Court dated 04.09.2014, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8734 of 2014, the learned trial court shall proceed in the present case accordingly.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed of.
