2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.924 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he fired upon the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2022 and he has five criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.924 of 2022.

7. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Sagarpur Police Station, New Delhi on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Commissioner of Police, New Delhi forthwith through FAX for its compliance.
