2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she may have eloped with the accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 18.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84741 of 2023(4) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023.
