The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.54 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have shot at the victim.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.84802 of 2023(4) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, V, Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P.S.
