2. The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs by way of this writ application:- (i)To direct the respondent to appoint a Higher Police Official to fair enquiry/investigation for finding out the truth of the case bearing Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 198/2024 dated 23.09.2024.

ii) To direct the Respondent Authorities for conducting fair and proper investigation of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 said case.

iii) To direct the concerned Respondent Authorities, particularly Respondents No. 5 to 7 to arrest the accused persons of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 198/2024 dated 23.09.2024 who are moving freely.

iv) To direct the Respondent Authorities to hand over the C.C.T.V. footage of the Sangrampur Police Station dated 22.09.2024 to 24.09.2024 and also C.C.T.V. footage of Tarapur Police Station dated 23.09.2024 (11 A.M. to 8 P.M.) and get the same of the part of investigation, which clarify the conduct of Police.

For the aforesaid reliefs, as prayed by the petitioner, he is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Munger with an application for the reliefs sought above and if the Superintendent of Police, Munger finds substance in the application of the petitioner, he will pass appropriate orders in this regard.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case and the prayer of the petitioner.
