JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt petition be disposed off with a direction to the opposite parties to act in accordance with paragraph no. 6 of the show cause filed by the opposite parties which is reproduced herein below:- "6. That it is further stated and submitted that the service period of the petitioner at the time of leave was less and the petitioner has got no leave credit in her account to adjust her Medical Leave from 01.08.15 to 11.08.15 and the petitioner has sent a letter to the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Patna duly forwarded by this respondent vide letter no. 4054 dated 09.08.2018 for their consideration to grant leave on medical ground. As and when the order of leave sanctioned is received by the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, the same will be paid to this petitioner on priority basis."
The contempt petition stands disposed off with a
Patna High Court MJC No.1877 of 2018 (4) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 direction to the opposite parties to act in accordance with the stand taken in the aforesaid paragraph no. 6 of the show cause filed by opposite parties.
