The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of fardbeyan of informant Akhilesh Kumar @ Sonu Kumar, Murliganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015, under Sections 302, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act was instituted against unknown on 12.01.2015, in course of investigation, witnesses, in paragraph Nos. 7,8, 9, 10, 22 and 23, have only stated that this petitioner along with one

Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in seven other cases, as detailed in paragraph No.3, but, he is on bail in that cases, due to that reasons, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that, in the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015 (CIS No. 21083 of 2015).
