This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 2661 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners had been rejected after considering the merit of the case by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 41957 of 2017 and again a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners has been made without any fresh ground. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41171 of 2018 (3) dt.01-08-2018 able to address the Court with regard to fresh ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail application of these petitioners. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application without any fresh ground. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below.
