In this writ petition, the only prayer of the petitioner is that the cancellation of Jamabandi Case No. 01 of 2017-18 pending before the Collector, Siwan, may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.

The Collector, Siwan, is directed to dispose of Cancellation of Jamabandi Case No. 01 of 2017-18 within a period of two months from today.
