2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar Rail P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Sections 3 and 14 of the Child Labour Act, 1986.

3. The petitioner has been found involved in human trafficking. He was taking minor children to Jalandhar for working as labour. The petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
