2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8, 17(c), 21, 25, 29 and 31 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 442 grams of heroin from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025 having two similar antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
