This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 11.5.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7763 of 2018 titled as Broad Son Commodities Pvt. Ltd. Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Judge of this Court by which the learned Single Judge has been pleased to restrain respondent nos.9 to 17 from mining and has stayed the order of issuance of permit in favour of the respondent nos.9 to 17.
Learned counsel for the appellant fairly states that
