JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-06-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we direct that pending finalization of the criminal case (Kochas [Parsathua] P.S. Case No. 124/2017), vehicle of the petitioner (Scorpio) bearing Registration No. JH01AE/4875 be released to the petitioner on the petitioner furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. The vehicle in question shall be released within one week from the date of submission of the sureties.

In case confiscation proceedings are proposed to be initiated, it shall be done only after considering the applicability of Section 56.
