The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katoria P. S. Case No.128 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 325, 307, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that in a case of sudden quarrel without any premeditation to kill, one injury alleged to be inflicted by the petitioner on the shoulder, which is a non-vital part of body was found grievous, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
