2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased who is accused of killing the deceased along with other coaccused.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the trial is being delayed.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83338 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
