JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-08-2018 In the order passed on 23.02.2018 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.2045 of 2018, due to typographical error committed by the petitioner in the cause title, the particulars of respondent nos. 2 to 5 have been shown as officers stationed in Saran at Chapra. It is said that this is an error committed. The officers are posted at Gopalganj and, therefore, seeking correction of the cause title of the writ petition and the order passed, this application has been filed. The same is allowed. Necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition be carried out during the course of the day and consequential correction with regard to description of respondents no. 2 to 5 be also read into the order passed by this Court on 23.02.2018 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.2045 of 2018.

Patna High Court MJC No.1885 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 Further, in the order, in place of 'District Magistrate, Chapra', it be read as ' District Magistrate, Gopalganj'. With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of.
