The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019 registered under Sections 498(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are so called father-in-law and mother-in-law. They have no concern with the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74993 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
