2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 314 of 2025 arising out of NDPS G.R. Case No. 110 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(B), (II), ©, 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 9.569 kg of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case because of his brother who is involved the alleged crime.

6. Considering the quantum of recovery and the fact that the petitioner and others were running away from the place

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
