The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.09.2019 to the extent that the period of surrender granted to the petitioner be extended by further two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender within time as granted by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2019. Learned counsel thus submits that the time granted by this Court may be extended by further two weeks.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80162 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 26.09.2019 to the extent that let the petitioner surrender before the learned Court below within a further period of two weeks from today and furnish bail bond in terms of the order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61089 of 2019.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent indicted above.
