2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 379, 427, 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner has already been rejected by order dated 03-08-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41211 of 2023.

4. I see no reason to reconsider the order dated 03-082023 by which, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner has been rejected.
