The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Wajirganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other coaccused assaulted the uncle of informant on his head by means of Pasuli, as a result of which, he died on the spot. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
