JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-12-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for payment of the admitted dues for the work which has been executed by him as per the agreement and the work order.

It has been submitted that the payment due to the petitioner has not been paid since 2011.

There does not appear to be any justifiable reason for denying the payment for the work which has already been executed by the petitioner and about which there is no complaint from any quarter. The representations of the

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Khagaria (respondent no. 4) within a period of three weeks, who on receipt of the same shall have the facts verified, seek instructions and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, the concerned respondent shall ensure that the payment to the petitioner is made.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
