Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this case, the petitioner is an applicant against the Advertisement no. 1/2017 but, failed to qualify to be appointed as a Constable.

An allegation has been made that gross irregularities have been committed and wrongly the petitioner has been deprived of being selected on the post of Constable.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12336 of 2018 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 As there is no specific instance has been given but, only mentioned the fact of marks which has been obtained in the physical test, this Court is not in a position to know the ground reality of the fact.

Let the petitioner, if so desires, may file a representation before the Secretary, Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.3) who will examine the grievance of the petitioner and will dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
