2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 103, 76, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of causing assault with iron rod is against co-accused Dinesh Paswan. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general & omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Darbhanga in connection with Fekla P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025.
