This application has been filed seeking extension of time for the petitioners to appear before the Court below by modifying of the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48943 of 2019, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

This matter remained pending for nearly two years. Considering the facts and circumstances, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80170 of 2019(2) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 below for furnishing bail bond is hereby extended by four weeks from today. The order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.48943 of 2019 is modified accordingly. This modification application is allowed.
