Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 and 4, namely, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhanjarpur, Madhubani and C.O. Andhratharhi, Madhubani respectively submits that although the order was complied as per the earlier show-cause whether the same has partly been removed as the learned counsel for the petitioner alleges will have to be checked. Learned counsel for the State further reiterates that to his knowledge, although the encroachment has been removed, if
