JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2024 Today, a supplementary show cause is being sought to be filed filed on behalf of the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, which is taken on record, wherein it has been submitted that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 1.12.2017, passed in CWJC No. 1224 of 2017, the petitioner has been granted appointment on

Patna High Court MJC No.1931 of 2018(10) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 compassionate ground, vide appointment letter dated 1.2.2024, issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Purnea. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 1.12.2017 has stood complied with, hence, the present contempt petition stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
