2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two boys were kidnapped. Subsequently they returned. They were taken on two motorcycles, the number of which was disclosed by them. During investigation, this petitioner has been arrested and on his statement one of the motorcycles used in the crime has been recovered.

4. The petitioner has been named in the confession of the co-accused also. The petitioner is in jail since 26.09.2023.

5. Considering the materials available on record and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83904 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the fact that two boys were kidnapped, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

8. If the trial is not concluded at the earliest, the petitioner has liberty to move for bail.
