2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is said to have committed murder of the sister of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He submits that after three years of marriage i.e. since 2017 Vikash Kunar and his wife Vandana Kumari (deceased) started living separately. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He further

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposing the prayer for bail submit that the witnesses in their statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the postmortem report have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2023.
