JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-04-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 20.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2812 of 2018.

2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party No. 1, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 24.07.2018 passed by the Collector, Vaishali discloses that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by a speaking order and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that the judgment of this Court has been complied.
