12-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the party position mentioned in the writ application in place of the district of Aurangabad, Patna has been mentioned in respect of respondent no. 2. This is an error and because of that the order dated 03.05.2018 also contains the description of respondent no. 2 as District Magistrate, Patna.
Considering the prayer of the petitioner that there was a typographical error in the party position mentioned by him, he is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition also. Let the description of respondent no. 2 be read as District Magistrate, Aurangabad
Patna High Court MJC No.1927 of 2018 (2) dt.12-07-2018 and the order dated 03.05.2018 be read along with this correction. Accordingly, in the satisfaction portion at page 2 of the order, in place of District Magistrate, Patna, it will be read as District Magistrate, Aurangabad.
With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
