This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karai Parshurai PS case no. 132 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of non-fulfilment of the demand for dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent, have been falsely

No.77361 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 implicated in the present case and as far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he is the father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is the elder brother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is the mother-in-law of the deceased victim lady. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased victim lady has already surrendered and is behind bars.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and appropriate to admit the petitioners to the privilege of anticipatory bail, subject to the learned court below verifying as to whether the husband of the deceased victim lady has surrendered or not, in connection with Karai Parshurai PS case no. 132 of 2019, pending before the learned court of A.C.J.M. Hilsa, Nalanda, as also subject to such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned court below.
