2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended by the villagers when he was trying to steal the motorcycle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one day before the alleged occurrence altercation had taken place between the petitioner and the informant in which informant had threatened the petitioner to implicate him in false case and to take revenge, the present case has been filed against the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84568 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 criminal antecedent in three cases, although he is on bail in all those cases. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 19.08.2023.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Karamchat P.S.
