Case No. 54 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

From the F.I.R, it appears that 432 bottles of country made liquor and 29 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml have been recovered from a hut near the house of one Mukesh Yadav.

The petitioner was named by one arrested accused person viz. Ravi Ranjan Kumar as having run away from the place of seizure after seeing the police

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and his accusation in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2019. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Buxar in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
