2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have killed the deceased.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 1.9.2022.
5. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
