2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 22.07.2022, son of informant got a call from co-accused Kalu Kumar, who called him near river Falgu, Dariyapur. Thereafter, son of informant went to meet him, but he did not return and later, his dead-body was found with bruises. Informant believes that due to previous enmity, co-accused Kalu Kumar @ Amit Kumar has committed murder of his son along with his five associates.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the statement of informant and wife of deceased. However, no material was collected against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Similarly situated two coaccused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 03.11.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44766 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
