The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

25.80 liters of foreign liquor and 9 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered beside the Nala. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. She has no concern either with the seized liquor or the place of recovery or any trade of liquor. She has been falsely implicated in the case at the instance of her enemies. No.82112 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, subject to showing receipt of deposit of Rs.2000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 779 of 2019, Special Case No.8703 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
