JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 29.1.2018, seeks bail in Khagaria Muffasil PS Case No. 357 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement, the girl is major, she has disclosed her age 18 years in her statement, the medical Board has found her age between 15 - 17 years and she admits fact of elopement and marrying with the petitioner.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pappu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Muffasil PS Case No. 357 of 2017.
