2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 200/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137, 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the medical report annexed in the petition, it appears that the girl

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85913 of 2025(4) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 has stated before the doctor that the petitioner and the girl were in a relationship. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additonal District & Sessions JudgeVI -cum- Exclusive Special Court, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur /concerned Court below in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 200/2025.
