Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019. Petitioner is brother of the informant. Allegation is that petitioner assaulted to his father with a Dabiya (sharp cutting weapon) causing injury at different parts of the body.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.81157 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Murliganj Police Station Case No.181 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
