The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.23364 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Munger (respondent no.3) to dispose of Land Dispute Appeal No.259 of 2012 within a reasonable time.
Having considered the prayer of the petitioner and the fact that the Land Dispute Appeal No.259 of 2012 which is pending for last seven years before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Munger to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
