1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, but the impugned order inadvertently records that petitioners have antecedent of two cases. It is further submitted that in sum and substance, the allegation against the petitioners is that they convinced the informant to give an amount of Rs.6,50,000/- to

No.86729 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/3 Rohit Kumar Singh for providing the informant a job with the railways on account of which, the informant gave an amount of Rs.6,50,000/- to Rohit Kumar Singh before the accused persons including the petitioners, but Rohit did not provide any job to the informant rather gave him a forged joining letter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Rohit Kumar Singh had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.35701 of 2024 in which the informant was represented by his learned counsel. It is next submitted that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant in the case of Rohit had submitted that he has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail of Rohit. It is next submitted that case of the petitioners are on a better footing.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
