The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 143 of the BNS and Section 5 of the Immortal Traffic Prevention Act.

As per the FIR, the petitioner is said to be involved in prostitution.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a girl and she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a girl and also considering her period of custody, this bail
