In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.310 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 417, 419, 420, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that during the examination of SSC MTS some doubt had occurred about the examinee who is sitting against Roll No. 3206106621 and on inquiry he told his name as Niraj Kumar and confessed that he has come to give examination on behalf of Abhay Kumar and all arrangements have been made by Vivek Kumar (present petitioner).

From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the person who has been apprehended has disclosed that all arrangements have been made by the present petitioner. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
